Removed DX12 as it provided subpar performance and stutters compared to DX11
Fixed bug in weapon modding where it will show a magazine in the UI but not in the gun.
Fixed bug where death audio effect persisted when respawning
Fixed not being able to activate simulation mode on darkwaters
Fixed not spawning in to FFA pvp when you join the server
Numerous small bug fixes and null checks
