Roxy has a major role in battles: inflict status ailments onto the enemies. Status Ailments play a huge role in combat. As an example, I mentioned that "attacks can't miss" however, it is possible that enemies can evade such attacks. What do you do about that? Inflict Sticky on them, of course! (Sticky is a status ailment that reduces all evasion to 0%).
In that sense, Roxy is very good at crowd control. Want to focus damage on one target, but still want to slowly weaken another? Poison. Want to prevent one enemy from being a nuisance? Frozen. For weapons, Roxy uses Bows. Damage-wise, Roxy is not that strong. But Bows naturally have a high critical hit rate, which will help Roxy with damage output.
Roxy's Level 1 Decisive Skill is Luna Shot. This will restore 50% Max HP to the entire party and grant Regen on them, meaning Roxy can also provide vital support as well. While Roxy has a lot of positives, she isn't without flaws. All of her Status Shots are single-target, making inflicting the large enemy parties with statuses unlikely. She also has rather below average stats in general, making her fit into this one role without much wiggle room.
