As the creator of BEAST, I would like to sincerely apologize to you, the fans of the game, for not being in touch for the past year.
I was devastated that after more than 4 years of work on this game, when we released it in Early Access on Steam (Oct 25th, 2023), the game was selling below any expectations.
We tried to do everything we could to reverse this trend by presenting the game to publishers and to a wider audience during fairs. But we failed.
On this sad occasion, I offer you a 95% discount, so that everyone who wants to can play the game and express their opinion in reviews and comments.
The game is playable on PC and Steam Deck. Mouse and keyboard work best, but you can also try playing on a controller. There are over 40 hours of gameplay ahead of you. There is one ending, but it is worth playing at least twice. There are extreme ways to complete it (exorcising the beast or strengthening it for your needs), but going to extremes is not always the way to the goal... Hardcore and ironman game modes are also available.
I encourage you to contact me if you have any difficulties during the game. I am here to help and advise. You can find me here on the Steam game forum or on our Discord. I will be grateful for any feedback, because I collect comments on the game to improve it when the time comes.
At the request of players, I have updated the description of the early access game so that it is not misleading. I have noted in the description that we are not developing the game at the moment. We did it for the first three months, then ran out of funds. I hope that we will manage to obtain funding to finish BEAST, so please play and let me know what you think.
