Major Update - Academy Overhaul, Sponsor Goals, Player Archive & Recommendation

New Features

• Player Recommendations for Market Demands
  You can now recommend players that fit active market demands and receive a fee if the club completes the transfer.

• Sponsor Goals
  Sponsors now include goals that reward bonus payments when achieved.

• Player Archive
  Added a new Archive tab in the Player Hub to track players who left the academy, including relevant historical data. Existing players may have partially reconstructed data.

• Active Transfer Offer Visibility
  Active transfer offers are now shown in the home calendar panel, including remaining days.

• Monthly Scouting Reports Summary
  Reports now include a clearer summary of progress, including players started, fully scouted, and currently matching assignments.

• Academy System Overhaul
  Academy structure reworked into tier-based progression with slot limits and caps.
  Grounds must be expanded to unlock full slot capacity, making higher tiers more meaningful.
  Buying or renting an academy now grants initial prestige.
  Part of investments, upgrades, purchase cost, and expansions are now partially recouped when switching academies.

  Adjusted page headers to display Money and Prestige where relevant.
  Training progress is now more readable.

• Staff Hiring
  Improved robustness of the staff hiring process.

• Player Generation
  Player stats are now more strongly driven by ability.
  League tier and prestige now have greater impact on generated players.

• Player Development
  Match experience gain adjusted, minutes played and match rating now impact growth more directly.

• Market Value Access
  Player market values can now be requested directly from the player window.

• Sponsor System
  Added comparison in sponsor history to track changes between seasons.
  Sponsorship deal payments increased.

• Negotiation Flow
  Added hint when negotiating with players aged 19.
  Club responses during transfer window now arrive within the window if enough time remains.

Fixes

• Star Rating Display
  Fixed cases where star ratings did not show the closest correct value.

• Market Value Analysis
  Fixed an issue where analysis was blocked if only the scout had sufficient progress but not the manager.

• Contract Expiry Message
  Fixed incorrect inbox message triggering for sold players with 6 months remaining.

• Offer Deletion Logic
  Fixed an issue where rejecting offers three times removed all offers from all clubs, logic removed for future flexibility.

• International Player Handling
  Fixed delays when receiving club requests for players signed from abroad.

• Scouting Logic
  Scouts no longer target players who already have a transfer agreed, unless explicitly assigned.

• Watched Players Update
  Fixed cases where watched players were not updating correctly in certain views.

• General Fixes
  Various UI and system fixes across the game.

Technical Changes

• Mod Structure Update
  Adjusted mod structure in preparation for youth camps.
  Player generation mods now include regen potential, nationality spawn rates, and a new country economy factor affecting wages, living costs, travel costs, and attendance fees.
