Agents! It's Steam awards season and we'd love your support! We think that Neon Abyss 2 fits into a couple of categories, but we decided that the "Best Game You Suck At" was a bit mean for the Agents who've supported us so well throughout Early Access.
Instead, we'd love your nominations and support for the Better With Friends category. The multiplayer aspect was one which was key to the foundations of our upgraded Abyss, and we hope it shows.
Since our Early Access launch, we've been listening to the community feedback, and working hard to make the Abyss a prime place for multiplayer chaos. Recent steps include a number of multiplayer-specific improvements:
Enhanced connectivity and stability
Resource sharing changes to align with community feedback
Visual clutter improvements (again in line with what you've been telling us - and with slider options so you can tweak it to your own preference)
We really appreciate your support. In addition, as a little gift from Steam, nominating, playing and reviewing Neon Abyss 2 will also get you Steam badges and XP, too! Nominate one game to grab the 2025 Steam Awards Nomination Committee Badge, get a game for every category to level it up, play a game you've nominated to level it up again and achieve final form by leaving a review.
Now, you don't HAVE to nominate Neon Abyss 2 for every category... but you could, if you wanted to. Just saying.
