Guild Wars will now always run from the executable directory it was started in rather than trying to run from the "installed" directory as specified in the registry. This helps players keep their first-party ArenaNet login install and a Steam install separate.

Disabled access to the Shrine of Godly Accoutrements for PvP characters.
Disabled the highlight effect on the new start mission button for certain mission types (such as Guild Battle).
The newly positioned start mission button won't capture mouse clicks when disabled.
