Performance Improvements 🚀
🔹 Reduced Stutter: Fixed a one-time lag spike that occurred when the game loaded references for Items, AudioClips, Icons, Rewards, and Scene Collections.
🔹 Smoother UI: Fixed FPS drops when rapidly scrolling through the toolbar.
New Content & Mission Rework ⭐
🔹Taylor’s Mission is back! We’ve brought this mission back with several improvements to flow and aesthetics:
- Taylor’s house has been moved to the beach.
- Removed the "Black Hole" and "Zolcat" (don't worry, they’ll appear elsewhere later!).
- NPC Visual Overhaul: Amanda, Anna Annabelle Lamb, and Taylor Lamb have received a fresh new look.
- Balance Changes: Reduced the required stain count to complete tasks, making the mission feel more rewarding.
- Quality of Life: Reworked the elevator for simpler use we've removed the buttons with the tedious 3-second delays.
New World Interactions - The environment is now more reactive 🔁
🔹 Fans: Turn them on to get a physical boost—the air current will now push the player forward.
🔹 Mugs: Bumping into mugs will now cause coffee to spill.
🔹 Telephones: Interacting with phones will now trigger unique voice lines/sounds.
🔹 Potted Plants: Touching plants will cause them to drop leaves.
🔹 Toilet Paper: Now drops individual sheets when disturbed.
🔹 Trash Cans: Players can now hide inside trash cans!
Small Changes & Fixes 🛠️
🔹 Audio: Adjusted player footstep volume to be quieter and less distracting.
🔹 Quest Fix: Fixed an issue where the Mayor would occasionally refuse to talk or hand out the next task.
🔹 Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where cockroaches would sometimes disappear into the void.
