It turns out the “rare” sound issue isn’t quite as rare as we initially thought, sorry about that :D.
We’re actively working on a fix, and this patch includes several safeguards to help us track down the root cause.
If you still encounter audio issues, please try disabling “Reverb Effect In Cave” in the audio settings while the issue is happening, and let us know if that helps.
Any additional details you can share would be incredibly helpful — especially steps to reproduce the issue, your PC specs and party size, ping and how far your players are apart (for example you are all in the same city or if there is an ocean in between).
