Please update your game to the latest version to access the online modes, including World Match, and downloadable content.

Patch Summary
Fixed an issue where the Sonic Adventure decal would disappear after restarting the game.
Fixed several other issues.
Sonic Adventure Decal
Players who logged in between 4:00 PM PST on November 20, 2025, and 3:59 PM PST on December 12, 2025 will now be able to use the Sonic Adventure decal.
Previously, players who downloaded the Sonic Adventure Decal would have it disappear from their save file after restarting the game. This has been fixed.
Once you have updated to Ver. 1.2.2, please log in to obtain the decal.
Known Issues
Certain tracks in the Jukebox may disappear after inputting specific commands.
This issue will be addressed in a future update.
