The Real Estate update adds a new residential property system to Global Business Tycoon.
You can now browse houses, condos, apartments, and rental buildings for sale, buy each property individually, and manage your own residential portfolio over time. Properties rotate month to month, so the market will not always offer the same opportunities.
After buying a property, you can open your portfolio to manage it, adjust rent, list it for tenants, renovate it, or sell it. Each residence has its own price, condition, mortgage, market rent, tenant status, and estimated cash flow.
This update also improves the 3D property models, adds more residential variety from modest homes to luxury estates, expands tenant name variety, and improves real estate translations across all supported languages.
