So this month marks the
One Year Anniversary
since we released Sea Salt! It was a lot of work, 2 years of our lives went into it and we're really happy it's out there for everyone to play. Since then we've had time to relax, but also release a new game Post Void! Anyway, this Halloween season we wanted to see what kind of pumpkin carving skills you all have so we thought we'd set up a little competition.
Pumpkin Carving Competition
To start you all off we made our own pumpkin, which you can watch Christopher carving out here. If you don't know how to do it then this might be useful as a tutorial. We tried to go for a fishman design.
The idea is that we will have three reward tiers. The top prize will go to one winner of the best pumpkin and the second prize will go to two people, and lastly everyone that participates will get the final prize.

3. A steam key for Sea Salt + the deluxe package
When you're done with your pumpkin join our discord or send us a tweet @ycjygames with a picture of your pumpkin. You can also email us if you don't have either of those.

- It's got to be your pumpkin!
- the deadline is the 31st of October 2020

It's great a gift for the holiday if you already have Sea Salt or a nice way to be part of our small community and get some free merch.
Halloween was always my (Josef) favorite holiday when I was younger. It always felt sort of exciting; candy, dressing up, watching horror movies, and going to parties. What's not to love.
