long time no see! It has been longer than planned but we are back with a bag full of addtions, fixes, and changes. With update 0.8.9 we are not only adding changes since the last version but also all changes from update 0.8.7 and 0.8.8 which we did not release so far due to bad performance.
Here is the TL;DR:
Voice chat has been added as experimental. Push to talk for now with open Mic following in a later update. TASKS! No more aimless running around. Now you hunt tasks for reduced round time (and more in the future). Massive performance improvements with 60 FPS minimum for most users.

- Added voice chat as experimental option (push to talk)
- Enabled voice chat in lobby settings (proximity or global)
- Added "reload weapons" indicator when low on ammo
- Added "return to lobby" option for host in ESC settings
- "Return to lobby" will now start a vote for all players
- Traitor RC car can be shot to explode early
- Added body outline at place of player death
- Added more images to the loading screens
📐Changes
Interactables
- Same item can now be held multiple times in inventory
- Items do not need to be equipped to be used
- Changed drunk effect (from rum) to be less strong
Traitor
- Placing traitor tools now has an animation
- Spy Glasses now show player names and health
- Spy Glasses do not show the VIP anymore
- Changed traitor room layout on "Spanish Fortress"
- Changed traitor room layout on "High Noon"
General
- Added custom dynamic crosshairs for all weapons
- Adjusted range of interactables being highlighted
- Adjusted the chance to be traitor for fairer distribution
📃 Others
- Rework of all items, interactables, characters, and maps for improved performance on CPU, GPU, and network
- Game should now run at 60FPS or higher on most machines
