You may have noticed a lack of recent updates, but that’s because we’ve been hard at work on something big. Rather than releasing these improvements individually, we’ve decided to combine them into a major 2.0 update!
Every aspect of the game is getting a major update!
Expanded character customization
More clothing, hairstyles, beards, and costumes! Outfits are now themed, making it easier to pick the right look for in-game, studio use, and movie production.
Improved animations and studio life
Character animations and daily activities in your studio have been enhanced for a more immersive experience.
Tycoon gameplay upgrades
New features like detailed studio statistics and the ability to make your own movies right in your studio! Tutorials have also been updated to make things smoother.
Movie-making improvements
Dynamic previews, more filming locations on previous sets, additional props, animations, and a host of new sets!
You’ll be able to create even more epic productions.
All NEW natural sounding dynamic voices for your movie stars!
What’s that? GIFs don’t have sound? I guess we’ll have to wait a bit longer for the real deal! ;)
As you can see, this update delivers everything from our original roadmap—and more! We’re incredibly grateful for your feedback and testing during early access. The game has come a long way, and we’re nearing the finish line. After some final internal (and public) testing, we’ll be releasing the full version of Movies Tycoon soon!
