The new Single Player Campaign (Update v0.3) is now live and to celebrate:

But if you've already got the game, jump on in and try out the biggest update BCDM has had to date! A fluid, linear campaign system with both laid back balloon popping missions, and some very challenging challenges and achievements!

---------------------------------------- New Campaign Mode ----------------------------------------
Brand new Single-Player Campaign mode with a linear mission system!
> Five core missions and two challenge missions in the first map, Floatonia City
> Each mission has a target score to achieve a bronze, silver and gold medal
> Score at least a bronze on a core mission to unlock the next one
> Core missions are designed to be fun, but also help the player get into the gameplay and understand the controls more naturally
> Getting a bronze is relatively easy and most players should be able to achieve it in a few tries
> However gold medals are very difficult to obtain, so focus and make sure not to miss the 100 point balloon!
> Challenge missions are unlocked by getting silver medals on certain missions
> Challenge missions are intentionally difficult and represent a real challenge for even skilled players
> Complete all five core missions to unlock new maps which will be released in subsequent updates!
---------------------------------------- Comfort Settings ----------------------------------------
> The comfort settings are now out of beta and are full release!
> Press 1 on your keyboard to activate the field-of-view reducing vignette
> Press 2 on your keyboard to activate the frame-of-reference bubble
> If you feel discomfort in the game, try each of these, then both. During our testing we found that everyone who previously felt discomfort was able to play the game for a long time with one of the comfort settings enabled.

> If you get into a battle and you're not centred on the chair, or you want to move the location of the chair, you can do so.
> Pressing the recenter button will reset the position of your chair to where ever you currently are
> On Vive, the recenter button is the grip button on the left controller
> On Rift, the recenter button is Y (on the left controller)

Loads of new achievements to collect while you progress through the Campaign!
> Unlock achievements by... achieving various feats of skill!
> Check the achievements window above the mission select screen to see which achievements you have or have not received so far on that map
> Achievements include getting gold on every mission on a map, surviving for a certain amount of waves in survival mode and many more

An easy to understand menu structure replacing the old, confusing menus.
> Front-loaded main menu with Campaign front and centre
> New campaign interface shows you how progression functions through an easy to understand web of missions and challenges
> Mission panel explains the content of a mission, the points necessary for each medal and whether or not it's currently unlocked
