Features:

Audio Options page.
controls Animal, Announcer, Music, Sound Effects and Voice.
Convert to use new Sound management asset.
Remove the Chance fish since not fully impelemented.

Bug Fixes:

Prevent hearing Monster Catch from far away players.
Snagged Lure stops the Outboard from backing up.
Increase the number of Voices for some Sound Effects.
Lost dialog appears but Luse still there.
Some Computer AI stopped fishing during game.
Assorted fixes.
