From 16 October to 15 November Halloween Map and quests will be enabled.
Start the event in Cityhall, talking William in Normal->Seasonal Quests
Find the portal to her Dungeon slaying 50 Zombies to grant yourself access.
Once on the map, Talk to the Halloqueen to get the MAIN Quest to follow.
