HI CRAB FANS
Been a while! I SWEAR it's for a good reason though. The team has been cooking on multiple tasks, so I'm here to update you all on the progress as well as look back on the incredible year we've had.
UPCOMING FREE UPDATE (NEW GAME PLUS!!)
There has been no feature more widely requested than New Game Plus - and it's finally happening!!! I'm shucking excited to announce that the upcoming FREE Content Update, titled Year of the Crab, will include...
- New Game+, featuring remixed encounters, new Stowaways, tougher enemies, and more
- Boss Rushes
- Bestiary
- New Unlockable Costumes
- An Even Ruder Snail
This content update will reach your shores before you know it! It won't be before the end of the year, though. Once again, we really appreciate the patience. We'd rather be happy and prepared with a stable version than something rushed and well... trash. I will say we're shucking excited.
In the meantime, hopefully the above list of features and the no-context screenshots below will give you something to crab grab on to.
JINGLE JAM
If you haven't heard of Jingle Jam, it's a livestream charity event than happens every year during December. With already over 1 million Dollars raised, we're proud to be a part of their games collection! If you donate over £35, you'll get access to 18 Steam games. That's the price of basically buying Another Crab's Treasure Twice.
Speaking of charities...
Thanks to you, we've raised roughly $70,000+ for charities this year.
(Excluding Jingle Jam) - We have managed to raise funds for ocean conservation charities such as the Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) and Sustainable Coastlines.
Whether you purchased the game or a Kril plushie during a fundraising event, even if you shared our posts promoting the campaigns... THANK YOU. We've been able to help make our ocean a better place because of your help. Let's keep making a difference.

We're hoping to be nominated for the steam awards this year! You can cast your vote when the Winter Sale starts - so make sure to vote for us! (I'm voting for Balatro though)

WHAT'S NEXT FOR AGGRO CRAB?
The content update is our big focus right now, but if you've missed our last dev logs - we're also working on our third game! That's not to say we'll be 100% done with Another Crab's Treasure though. We'll continue to monitor the game and release bug fixes over time.
This has been the biggest year for Aggro Crab yet. We released a WHOLE VIDEO GAME. We've won awards. We've raised thousands of dollars for charities. We met people from the community at events such as PAX West.
We could not have gotten this far without you.
