- Keyboard/Mouse Settings
Specific keys can be assigned to different actions by following the steps below.
1. Select "Depart for Battle" to start, and once the war council has ended, select "Menu" (Esc) on the Battle Preparation screen.
2. Select "Keyboard/Mouse Controls" under "Controls" on the System tab.
3. Select "Action" and then change the keys assigned to each action.
4. When you return to the previous screen (Backspace), click "Yes" on the dialogue box asking if you would like to apply settings.
These settings can be set via both "Advanced Settings" on startup and "Menu" (Esc) on the pause screen during battle.
- Pauses during Battle
There are three types of pauses during battle that can be set by following the steps below.
1. Select "Depart for Battle" to start, and once the war council has ended, select "Menu" (Esc) on the Battle Preparation screen.
2. Select "Battle Assistance" under "Configuration" on the System tab.
3. Select one of the three types: Helpful, Simplified, or None.
The three types
- Helpful: The battle is paused to display various types of information.
- Simplified: The battle is paused to display only important information.
- None: The battle is never paused when displaying information.
These settings can be set via either "Advanced Settings" on startup or "Menu" (Esc) on the pause screen during battle.
