
In development since 2017, OpenCAGE is a suite of open-source community-created mod tools for the game Alien: Isolation which open the door to the creation of custom campaigns, maps, models, and various game configurations. Today, it's arriving on Steam for the first time, making it easier than ever to get involved with an awesome community building new experiences inside one of the greatest horror games ever made!
OpenCAGE contains various editors which you can launch from the main landing screen, these are the:
There's also functionality for creating/managing/restoring backups of levels, and reverting configurations and behaviour trees.
If you have Alien: Isolation installed via Steam, install OpenCAGE to the same Steam library folder and you're good to go. If you've installed the game from a different source (Epic, or GoG), OpenCAGE will ask you to locate it when you first start up the toolkit.
