Hello hello all!

Another small hotfix today fixing an issue with the Nomad Settler start, with the following bugfix.

Bugfixes

Fixed an issue with upkeep being incorrectly computed when using the "Nomad Settler" game start.(This hotfix corrects the problem in existing savegames too.)

We will also be updating the open beta today, with notes to follow later!
