The game's file might be marked as an unknown software by your Windows Defender, or your Antivirus. You might need to whitelist it, in order to start the game.
This issue will be resolved with time.
Another known issue is shader compilation stuttering on the first start up. If the game stutters when first time run, or after a new graphics driver update, just try to restart it and it should run just fine.
