Update v2.25.5 - QoL + Fixes

• Added delta time so the game time is unaffected by frames
• Added auto enhance mine veins
• Relics quark damage upgrade fixed
• New community leaves are shown with an exclamation mark
• Offline BLC now locked behind Offline Crunches
• Fixed: Hotkeys might get stuck with the "Enter hotkey" text
• Menu highlighting fixed
• Hide maxed shops fixed

Affected by delta time:
Game time, area timers, alchemy, quest refresh, trades, card auto ascend/transcend, chests, death book, auto materials collection, mirrors, auto crafting/auto fusing, pub leaf counter, resources stats (fastest prestiges, leaves collected/second), challenges, combo duration, energy charging/draining from areas, relic fragment auto transmute, soul forge, quark/structure/leafton autos and reactor/quark energy charging, digging/slapping, nature event, enemy timers, and probably some more.

Artifacts are still affected by date, this will probably be fixed in another update.
