Greetings, crew! Who's excited for Mark of the Deep full launch this year?

After our first playtest in April, we decided to alter the structure of Mark of the Deep beta and introduce more game areas in this version. In the previous beta you explored Tidal Stronghold, while in this one Rookie can progress through four new areas:

  • Leviathan Temple
  • Western Ruins
  • Under Ruins
  • Fishing Village

To test the new beta, just sign up for the Mark of the Deep Playtest, wait until it appears in your library and play! Players who received an invite to the previous playtest still have access to this new playtest, you simply need to update the game on Steam. But for new players: hurry up as spots are limited!

Signing up is super easy and quick: just open the game page, find the playtest section under the screenshots and click Request Access. This will grant access to players and the trial version will be available in your Steam library.

After playing a bit of Rookie’s adventure, tell us what you think about Mark of the Deep in our feedback formulary or in our Discord server! Your feedbacks and suggestions help us to develop a better game for launch.

And don’t forget to add Mark of the Deep to your wishlist!
