Bugfix (gamepad + Steamdeck) in The City where you couldn’t move in the painting with the lady in front of the window.
SteamDeck: show onscreen keyboard for inputfields
SteamDeck: automatically show/hide hand when playing with gamepad vs touchscreen
SteamDeck: disabled windowmode and resolution selection because resolution is fixed
Added numbers to levelnames to avoid confusion in level-order
Made level names also clickable to start level
Small fixes & improvements
