Long time no read, fellow gamers!
It's me again, Max, and I'd like to help you pass the wait till the big new update hits Asgard.
Like I already mentioned in a previous news, we're working on several new things like the reworked abilities. There's still some things to do before the update can be released, but I wanted to showcase some of the new stuff aka the power of evolving abilites:
Fire Nova
Also incinerates the ground, and damages enemies that dare to step onto the burning field.
Thor's Hammer
Now also electructes enemies in an area around Mjölnir, because... why not - it's Mjölnir?!
Ember Axe
Not just exploding axes anymore but also throws additional bombs that explode on impact for even more devastation on the battlefield.
But, as you know, while developing a game and fiddling around with stats, it sometimes happens that... how should I say... things can get out of hand. Just like the evolved Tornado ability. When evolved the Tornado sucks in enemies in its vicinity; and I somehow exaggerated the effect and it kinda sucked in almost the whole map. See for yourself:
Anyways, I'm still tweaking things, and this is where we currently are:
- New Timer Mechanic done (expect something cool :D)
- Only a few Evolving Abilites are missing
- You'll maybe see some more enemy variations (just the looks)
- Balancing, balancing, balancing...
