Fixes "_gl_test" crashes (and similar crashes)
Slight performance improvements
Additional Graphics toggles to improve performance on lower spec machines
Toggle FX button now toggles all shaders
Holding down "Alt" while the game launches will disable shaders on launch
UI sounds + Sex Sound Effects broken out into separate mixers
