Fixed sounds, saves, and more!

Added a GFWL save migration tool.
If you migrated via the old method and experienced crashes, please use this tool.
Fixed distorted audio of the players engine.
Fixed crash when opening cheats menu or the guide.
Fixed Steam Deck controller detection when the game is launched via the launcher.
Fixed some controls not working when using a controller.
Fixed some GFWL saves crashing the game.
Reduced frequency of crashes when alt-tabbing.
