After the demo launched, we will be holding an exciting Boss Challenge event the same time, everyone is welcomed to participate!
Unlock the challenge mode
After completing the demo level for the first time, you will be given a guide indicating that the Boss Challenge Mode has been unlocked in the main menu. Through that mode, you can challenge the special-designed boss repeatedly, and get the challenge time record after successfully defeating it.
Challenging for new record
Your records and ranking will be displayed on the global leaderboard immediately, and there will also be a leaderboard showing your friends' records. You can refresh the records by repeating the challenge.
We will count down the top 10 in the global leaderboard at the end of the event, and provide prizes for these winners! It's time to show off your action game talents!

Rules
In order to ensure the authenticity and the fairness of the ranking results, players who participate in the event must follow several rules shown below:
1. During your challenge, please enable the screen recording software (such as OBS) to record the entire process from entering the boss challenge mode to the ranking settlement interface popping up at the end of the challenge (including ID, ranking and other information). Those informations need to be clearly visible in the video.
2. The use of any assistive tools is strictly forbidden.
3. After the challenge record statistics time expires(which is 23:59(UTC+08:00) on February 15, 2024), if your record is in the top 10 of the global rankings, please submit the corresponding video of it to our Email.

You need to submit the video in 2 days, which is before 23:59(UTC+08:00) on February 17, 2024. The format of the email is shown below. If the time exceeds, you may not receive the prize.
*If obvious abnormal time records appear on the leaderboard, we will delete them directly without further notice.

DEVIATOR boss challenge event + your Steam ID (the same as the name displayed on the leaderboard) + the ranking number on the settlement interface when the challenge success (if first place, fill in 1).
Screen recordings will be used together with Steam data to determine the authenticity of the record. Once unfair behavior such as cheating is discovered, records will be invalidated and deleted from the leaderboard, and the prize will be postponed.
*Postponement rule: If the second-place player cheats, the third-place player will be promoted to second place, the fourth-place player will be promoted to third place, and so on.

All the Top 10 players are guaranteed to get early access to the subsequent versions, and a key of the official version of DEVIATOR(after it's done).

*Prize distribution time: within 2 weeks after the event ends.(Need to add Steam friend, please note the application).Each player is eligible for a reward only once; while scores from multiple accounts are valid, multiple awards for the same individual are not allowed.
In addition, the recording videos of the top 4 players will be displayed on our official Steam page and other social medias. The results of the other top 50 players will also be recorded in our game credits.
