Finally, 0.2.0 is out!

First of all, this patch was created to fix multiple connection issues faced by a lot of players. Now everybody can host his own server and connect to other's servers over the Internet.

MInor fixes:

Remastered team selection menu
Raised run speed by 1.7
Improved quality of projectiles' synchronization
Fixed problems with CTF flag tracking
