A new game, a new direction...

6 years ago I set out to teach myself to develop interactive gaming experiences. Pixelscape: Oceans was my first project, and while I am so proud of it, the journey it lead me on, and everything I learned from it, it wasn't quite a game. It existed in a relaxing, watery space somewhere between game and art program. In the years since release, I've had a lot of time to learn to put more game in my games.

Today, I'm announcing my return to development, on a collection of games called The Lunch Break Arcade. I took the criticism of lack of gameplay to heart, and started making FIVE games in one. As a solo indie dev, to ensure I can support these games and continue to add even more, I'm reaching out to fans of gaming and indie games and pixelart to help me fund this project.

Check out the Kickstarter here!

For just $5 you can help me continue this journey of game development, and build a solid foundation for things to come even after this project is complete. Perhaps, dare I say, a successor to Pixelscape?!

The first update will be adding a ton of new color options for objects that both already have alternate color options, and objects that don't have any. New creatures are also in the works but will take more time and most likely won't be ready when that first update is rea…Pixelscape: OceansGame update17 Sep 2016Simple Undo FunctionA simple undo function is currently in testing, and will be added to Pixelscape: Oceans later today. Your configuration settings will be reset when the update goes live, so if you've changed anything (sound, video, controls) you'll need to make those changes again. It is a "simple" undo function because right now you can only go back 5 steps, and it can only undo objects you have placed, not ob…
