We are still looking into crashes and problems unlocking "With Regalia in Hand." If the game is still crashing for you please let us know! Crash dumps are especially useful: [email protected]
If you could send us your DxDiag along with a screenshot of your launcher settings that would be very helpful. Also let us know when and where the crash occurred. If there are crash dump files available to send to us, that could also be useful:
C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
Replace with your Windows username. It would be from game.exe. You can also check your event viewer logs for information:
1. Register the date and time of the error.
2. Type ‘event’ into the Search Windows box.
3. Open Event Viewer and allow it to load.
4. Select Application events on the left pane.
5. Look for the event related to your crash (probably marked with an error icon)
6. Highlight and copy the text in the lower half of the middle pane to send to us.
