Replace Pad button by Grip button for teleport to avoid any unexpected teleport while building towers.
Add a master settings button which is the parent of all sub-settings buttons to avoid touching "Quit" or "Restart" button accidentally.
Fix tiny bugs.
Add some tips for new starter.
