Expected updates for this time:
- Temporarily remove the strategy "+1 to Cunning" policy.
- Fixed a bug where the "Loyal to the Country" strategy "-1" could cause the city to be unable to extinguish fires.
- Fixed a bug where the effects of the "Feed the Horses, Strengthen the Soldiers", "Solid Armor, Sharp Spears", and "Strong Bows, Hard Crossbows" policies were incorrectly displayed as half the required amount of money.
- Adjusted the time to become Emperor from 200 years to 198 years.
- Slightly increased AI difficulty.
- Replaced some artistic resources in the map.
- Replanned the selectable warlords. Now, Tao Qian, Liu Biao, Wang Lang, and Shi Xie cannot be used, while Yuan Shu can be used.
- Replanned the faction territories. Yuan Shu and Liu Biao now start with 2 cities, while Cao Cao and Liu Bei start with 3 cities. Sun Jian's starting city has returned to Jianye.
- Made minor adjustments to some general's attributes.
- Fixed a bug where some general's skill descriptions were displayed incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug where the city wall's durability recovery speed was incorrect.
- Fixed a bug where a skill animation would not disappear.
