The power situation for our area has not improved at all, still leaving us in the dark for half the day at the best of times; causing all sorts of delays and inconveniences. This along with the rampant rampage of seasonal sniffles and sneeze storms had us pondering our next steps to world domina- *cough* in regards to our release priorities. As such we have decided to move up the release time frame of update 0.9.1, but even then it is taking longer than we anticipated.
What will 0.9.1 bring to StarStruck?
- A working settings menu.
- - Fullscreen and windowed toggles
- - Text speed adjustment slider
- - Volume controls for both background music and sound effects
- A revamped main menu
- - A new quick load feature to make the continuation of your adventure easier and less time consuming
- - Access to the settings menu before you even set off on your intergalactic exploits
And the addition we are the most excited about:
- A manual save feature that allows you to save your journey at the drop of a hat.
Now with the availability of electricity limited and sporadic at times, and the continuous struggle with colds, flu and less savory outbreaks due to the governing body's managerial neglect, we don’t have any predetermined deadline for this update, but hopefully the incoming quality of life additions will leave you salivating and looking forward to when the release finally does drop.
