Extended the clock ticking sound preceding the end of the wave to 10 seconds

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a bug that lets you click buttons out of the Pause menu while inside the Restart/Quit confirmation screens
Fixed a possible cause for a bug that makes the top Vitamin upgrade unclickable
