Dear Ludwig,
We entered these foreign lands only a few days ago, I don’t even know which country we’re in anymore. We can hear some gun sounds in the far distance, we have not seen any action just yet. We have set up camp at the foot of a mountain, just next to a small town. According to command, the Allied forces have a camp of their own nearby.
This village has little tactical importance and both the enemy and our own forces are small in numbers. Making it the perfect area to hold a little demonstration. We have received some fresh looking weapons in need of testing on a real battlefield. Let’s hope they perform as well as promised.
Or better yet, I hope we don’t have to use them at all.
