- Turkish language added

BUGS
- Forgot to add the OlTruck stakes and the Konig offroad front bumper on the map
- Grid gamble was stuck on the screen when giving items (Green circle, selling weeds, Buggy parts, etc)`
- New sway bars were free at Roger Store
- Caliper bolts don't line up with the holes
- Offroad tires clip on some rims
- Romanian character problem on NPC
