This is a bug fix update.

Fixed inconsistent slots when equipping consumable items.
Fixed UI behavior when removing consumable items.

We will be working on the update to Ver. 0.3 for a while from here.
We will incorporate the bugs we receive from now on into Ver. 0.3.
