**Hotfix #2 10/12/22**
The Reina desync was observed to still be happening on the Bloodlust skin. This should hopefully be fixed now.
More Reina bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where Reina could cancel her chain dthrow before the throw frame with shield.
- Fixed a bug where Reina did not have a grab tech window on her blade stance grab.
- Fixed an oversight where Reina's grab was frame 8 instead of frame 6. Grab is now active f6-7 in both stances.
