fix: when Scenario is saved and one player has no Airfields, but has AirUnits (albeit destoyed) then this message appears: " has AirUnits, but no Airfields" - this message should appear only if there are non-destroyed AirUnits (destroyed AirUnits are not to be checked)
fix: minimap shows wrong position of units and is not scrolling to the actual map edges, while using topographic (new) map style
