Dear Sword Art Online fans, thank you for playing SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris. We have identified an issue that the quest will not progress under certain conditions in the latest update, "The Ancient Apostles: The Bruised King".
The identified issues are as follows:
- Under certain conditions during the “The Bruised King" raid quest, if the “Knight Reborn" or "Reaper Reborn" raid quests becomes retry-able, “The Bruised King" raid quest will become unavailable.
- Due to the above issue, Alice will not be able to return to the party after leaving, with multiplayer mode also being unavailable.
How to avoid the issue:
- After completing the "Knight Reborn", please avoid challenging the "The Bruised King" quest until "Knight Reborn" is ready to be retried.
- Please avoid completing “Knight Reborn" or "Reaper Reborn" while "The Bruised King" is in progress.
Above issues will be fixed in the Ver 1.41 patch, which is planned to be released on Mid-April.
