This game is configured by default to be launched in French but from the launch of GrandMa Badass (grandmabadass****.exe) you can select your language via the small flags to play in your language.
If you ever have translation issues, simply run the winsetup.exe file by choosing your language from the drop-down menu and then clicking "Save and Run".
Then select your flag, have fun with GrandMa and fortune!
