Some physical changes on Time Flight

Because of a problem with a stuck ball, I made some physical changes on TimeFlight.
The Spinners and the balls are a slicker now.
This results in a slightly different gameplay. Now it's easier to manage the Rail-Gun ramp and a bit catchier to hit the multiball slots.
