Hi, yesterday we found a gameplay video of Switchball HD on the interwebz, with music turned off. We had to ask why, since we personally like the music very much :-) .. and the reason was: In order not to violate copyright.
Oops - we hadn't thought about that at all. We're just happy if people are spreading the word about Switchball HD.
So - officially - we hereby state that we, Atomic Elbow, fully approve including the in-game music in any gameplay videos of Switchball HD. In fact, we encourage it! ːsteamhappyː
