Our first update!
The list of changes:
- Added simple crosshair image editor
- Added ability to start the program without admin rights
- Added chevron built-in crosshairs
- Now if you start the second copy of the program, it will open the existing one instead of error message :)
- Fixed black list text file encoding compatibility
