New Neutrals
It's about time! The old neutral units were just a copy of the units that were available to the player, this didn't make for a very exciting universe to play in. We have removed the old neutral units and replaced them with 4 brand new units which all have unique behaviours.
A Better Universe
The old universe was a bit empty. We have tweaked the universe generation code to include more neutrals to fight with various levels of density and difficulty. We hope this makes for more exciting and engaging play!

What 450 Playtesters actually told meA month ago I opened Deepfield up for playtesting. More than 450 people signed up. Three left feedback. The whole point of rebuilding Deepfield was to avoid the mistake I made the first time: spending years building something before finding out whether anyone actually wanted it.
