Two New Award Nominations for The Signifier: Director's Cut

We are thrilled and humbled to announce that The Signifier: Director’s Cut has been nominated for two upcoming awards, Games for Change and A MAZE., both of which will name their winners in July. Both organizations seek to recognize games and the people who make them for their social impact and innovation, which is exceptionally meaningful to us as a team, and we want to thank the judges for recognizing the story we wanted to tell with The Signifier.

The Games for Change Awards celebrate games that emphasize social impact and learning.
The Signifier: Director’s Cut is nominated for Best Gameplay award, which is designed to recognize games that demonstrate highly compelling, polished and engaging gameplay and which incorporate gameplay mechanics that align with and reinforce the intended impact goals of the project.

At the A MAZE. Awards, 25 nominees compete for five awards, shining a spotlight on arthouse and playful gaming experiences. Traditionally, these games are recognized for approaching highly relevant subject matter, pushing the boundaries of traditional gameplay, and taking an innovative approach to storytelling.
Games previously recognized at A MAZE. include THE LONGING by Studio Seufz, Everything by David O’Reilly, and Orwell by Osmotic Studio (DE).
