This is a pretty big update for Train Your Minibot and I'm super happy to announce that it includes a new custom level editor for anyone to design, play, and share their own levels to the community. This is obviously a major update for the game as it greatly expands the possibilities as it allows for more unrealistic levels that don't fit the game's theme (such as fun physics defying obstacles or full room exploration levels), but also these are the types of features that ensure the game can always continue to have new content.

As well, the previous workflow for building levels in the Unity IDE was actually a lot more tedious than it is to build in this new level editor. So moving forward all the built-in official levels will also be designed using this level editor so I should be able to get new levels for everyone to play with a shorter turn-around time.

And to kick off the Community Levels I've uploaded the first physics defying level aptly named "CrazyPhysics".

• New Sensitivity & Minibot Zoom Defaults

I've noticed from watching let's play YouTube videos that some players were confused about the game's controls or how to handle specific obstacles/mechanics. So I've added in new pop-up prompts that will instruct the user of the controls in the first level. Then moving forward will have prompts giving some guidance on a few of the different obstacles as they appear in the levels.

As well I've adjusted the defaults for the mouse sensitivities and the level of camera zoom when controlling the minibot. It seems a lot of players have much higher DPI settings than I personally use, so I've adjusted the default to match more of the playerbase initially (this can still be changed in the Pause settings while playing). As well there is a tutorial prompt about this while playing for anyone that still finds it too fast or too slow.

Original Soundtrack

• 3 new tracks!

Lastly I'm excited to say that three new tracks have been added to the soundtrack by Train Your Minibot's OST team, the amazing composer Joshua Hunt (Composer) and Jordan Barillaro (Mixing/Mastering).

This update brings the soundtrack up to 6 total tracks with a total runtime of 16 minutes. The current plan is to have a total of 14 tracks by full release!
