New TABG Update! Battle Pass, Area 64 and more

The new update is out! Today’s update includes some well-awaited features like the results screen, reporting system, and balance! We're also adding a Battle Pass and some nice map changes.

Battle Pass

We’re trying out a Battle Pass due to popular demand.

The Battle Pass comes with free and premium rewards. You level up the Battle Pass by playing and unlocking rewards along the way.

In total there are 60 levels to keep you occupied for a while! We’re adding some new cool cosmetics, MC rewards, and a bunch of new G-mode music!

The premium tier is 6$, if you want to participate without premium items it’s free.

Area 64

Area 64 has been completely reworked and is looking better than ever.

Result screen and leaderboards

We have added a result screen after each match as well as leaderboards, you can now see how you compare to other players and who you’ve killed and who killed you.
Changes to the leveling system
We have changed the way leveling works by adjusting the XP curve to be fairer for high-level players.

We're also removing the MC gain from leveling since the Battle Pass free tier now gets you MC from just playing the game.

A reporting system

This update also adds a reporting system. You can report players in the pre-game from the escape menu OR through the new result screen. We hope this will catch cheaters that manage to get through the anti-cheat.

Changes

• Adjusted the XP Curve for player levels. It should be significantly fairer towards high-level players.
• Adjusted the catchphrase UI.
• Removed damage difference on limbs for Melee weapons. Making a hit to the head deal the same damage as a hit to the foot.
• Increased the size of the accuracy barrel
• Decreased the number of knockback Weapons and arms take
• Reduced the damage reduction when Dual wielding
• Removed the accuracy reduction when Dual wielding
• Increased the accuracy of weapons when Dual wielding
• Removed the Tactical Maneuver blessing

Bug Fixes

• Taser Crossbow will now spawn with the correct ammo type
• Fixed the 0.5x scope
• Fixed all the shotguns displaying inaccurate headshot hit marks

Weapon Balancing

Weapons balancing has been done with feedback from the players.

M16

• Decreased the damage of the M16 by 10%
• Slightly changed the recoil of the M16
• Slightly decreased the accuracy of the M16 while hip firing

MP-40

• Decreased the damage of the MP-40 by 10%
• Slightly increased the accuracy of the MP-40

MP-44

• Decreased the rate of fire of the mp-44

Famas

• Slightly increased the accuracy of the Famas while hip firing
• Increased the damage of the Famas by ~8%
• Changed the recoil of the Famas

P90

• Increased the accuracy of the P90 while hip firing

Bar

• Slightly decreased the accuracy of the Bar
• Slightly decreased the accuracy of the Bar when hip firing
• Slightly increased the recoil of the Bar
• Decreased the mag size of the Bar

Beretta

• Increased the accuracy of the Beretta while hip firing
• Slightly increased the damage of the Beretta

G18c

• Slightly increased the damage of the Beretta while hip firing

Rapier

• Decreased the damage of the Rapier by 25%

Sawed Off

• Decreased the damage of the Sawed off by 40%
• Slightly increased the accuracy of the Sawed off
• Greatly increased the recoil of the Sawed off

FAL

• Decreased the damage of the FAL by ~8%
• Decreased the rate of fire of the FAL
• Increased the reload time of the FAL
• Increased the recoil of the FAL

Garand

• Decreased the damage of the Garand by ~6%
• Increased the reload time of the Garand

Barrett

• Decreased the accuracy of the Barrett when hip firing
• Decreased the bullet speed of the Barrett
• Increased the bullet drop off of the Barrett
• Made the Barrett slightly more rare

AWP

• Decreased the bullet speed of the AWP
• Increased the bullet drop off of the AWP
• Made the AWP slightly rarer

KAR-98k

• Slightly decreased the bullet speed of the KAR-98k

Missile Launcher

• Decreased the Impact damage of the Missile Launcher
• Greatly decreased the damage of the Missile Launcher’s explosions (by 2/3s)
• Slightly decreased the size of the Missile Launcher’s explosions
• Greatly increased the reload time of the Missile Launcher

Auto Crossbow

• Slightly increased the damage of the Auto Crossbow
• Slightly increased the accuracy of the Auto Crossbow
• Slightly increased the reload time of the Auto Crossbow

Beam AR

• Changed the burst amount of the Beam AR from 3 to 6 (Which decreases the number of bursts per reload)
• Slightly decreased the damage of the Beam AR
• Decreased the rate of fire of the Beam AR
• Slightly Increased the recoil of the Beam AR

Beam Sniper

• Changed the burst amount of the Beam Sniper from 5 to 10 (Which decreases the number of bursts per reload)
• Slightly decreased the damage of the Beam Sniper
• Decreased the rate of fire of the Beam Sniper
• Changed and slightly increased the recoil of the Beam Sniper

Rainmaker

• Removed the limb modifiers of the Rainmaker. To make it behave like the other shotguns
• Stun Grenade
• Added an effect around the head of stunned players

Summon Rock

• Slightly reduced the area of damage of the rock
• Increased the size of the rock to better reflect the damaged area
• Changed the effects to better reflect the damaged area

Blessing Balance

Weapon Mastery

• Removed the mag size upgrade from Weapon mastery
• Removed the reload time upgrade from Weapon mastery

Spray

• Added a mag size upgrade to Spray
• Added a reload time upgrade to Spray

Battle Cry

• Decreased the spread reduction of Battle Cry
• Decreased the reload time upgrade of Battle Cry
• Increased the cooldown of Battle Cry
