Update to Version 0.1587

The game has been updated to version 0.1587.

Additions
- Added three new trait options to the election simulator. These were already included in the campaign mode.
- Added an option to turn custom candidate colors on or off (in the election simulator tool). This is applicable only to presidential general elections. They are turned off by default. This means that, on the results page, candidates will be displayed with the color generally associated with their party (blue for democrats and red for republicans). This option can be changed in the Options Tab.

Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the government aid policy (in the election simulator) would have a value of 0, instead of the correct value.
- Fixed an issue where governor elections (in the election simulator tool) were using the wrong vote factors.
- Fixed an issue where changing the turnout ratios for a single state would change the turnout ratios for every state. This was fixed in the advanced options and in the election simulator. Note: this refers to Turnout Ratios, not Turnout Percent.
- Fixed an issue where moving some persistent politician sliders in the advanced options would update the wrong percentage display.
